A number of office and commercial properties also appear in the listings. In the $250-$400,000 range, spacious single-family homes, many of recent construction are the main feature of the listings. Above $400,000, expansive executive homes, with sophisticated designs and excellent appointments are available, with the home market peaking in the high six figures.
