Green space is plentiful, and Savage is serious about urban planning, with a goal of environmental sensitivity and conservation. As you’d expect, crime is low, and the city enjoys a quiet but active suburban lifestyle.
Savage real estate and homes for sale cover a wide price range, with a mix of condominium and townhouse homes at the lower end and a smattering of executive homes in the upper six figures at the top of the market, which also includes vacant land, building lots, and commercial opportunities. Under $150,000, you’ll find lots and building sites, along with condominiums and townhouses, with just a few single-family homes appearing near the top of the range. Some foreclosure opportunities may be attractive to investors in this range. Between $150,000 and $250,000, townhomes and single-family homes, including many split-level designs, make up most of the listings, with size and features increasing with the price. A number of office and commercial properties also appear in the listings. In the $250-$400,000 range, spacious single-family homes, many of recent construction are the main feature of the listings. Above $400,000, expansive executive homes, with sophisticated designs and excellent appointments are available, with the home market peaking in the high six figures.
